City of Kelowna & Council: Reviewed over 100 policing performance measures; outlined public safety KPIs for open Council meetings and operational KPIs for closed sessions; presented framework to Council (all recommendations adopted) and developed quarterly reporting templates.

Strategic Plan (2021) and Refresh (2024): Assessed public safety indicators and operational data; engaged senior leaders and community partners in consultations and action-planning; produced the 2024-2026 Strategic Plan, including Council presentation.

North Vancouver City Fire Department and Intersectoral Community Safety: Developed and analyzed Employee Engagement Survey; guided the Chief and senior leaders in identifying 4-year service priorities. Facilitated the initiation of an intersectoral Public Safety Committee.

Port Moody Public Library, Squamish Public Library, Powell River Public Library: Established a novel strategic planning cohort, guiding three public libraries through community engagement, setting priorities and goals for the coming years.
