EFFECTegy follows the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples as the framework for reconciliation. EFFECTegy is committed to Call to Action 57 and 92 through annual skills-based training in intercultural competency, conflict resolution, human rights, and anti-racism.
