EFFECTEGY's Founder, Christine Vandebeek, brings to our clients a 15-year track record in advisory services in BC’s largest organizations. She co-founded a management consultancy in 2006 and grew its roster of cross-sector clients over 6 years. In 2012, she transitioned to client-side Director roles in large public organizations as well as global retail. Founding EFFECTEGY in 2017 (incorporated in 2022), Christine partnered with executives to futureproof organizations through agile strategic planning, sustainability planning, and succession planning. She has earned the trust of Boards and executive teams from a wide range of organizations including: Lululemon, Doctors of BC, Insurance Corporation of BC, Fraser Health, BC Children’s Hospital/BC Cancer Agency, Canadian Mental Health Association, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Christine holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University, a Global ESG Competent Boards designation and is an internationally certified agile coach.

Andrea Freeman is an ICF certified executive coach (CPCC, ACC) and team facilitator who specializes in developing leaders. As an experienced organizational leader, she knows firsthand what it takes to navigate the increased scope and complexity that comes with challenges like promotions to senior roles, managing up, working with a Board, and forming generative partnerships with external organizations.

Since 2017, Andrea has supported organizations across North America to develop their leaders, including at Starbucks, the University of British Columbia, Vancouver Public Library, the University of Toronto, Nurix Therapeutics, eSpark, Iron Ox, and Schools of the Sacred Heart in San Francisco.
